Kenny is currently serving as the Treasurer of the Hong Kong Waste Management Association (HKWMA). Hong Kong Waste Management Association (HKWMA), inaugurated in 1994, has been the premier organization representing professionals in Hong Kong’s solid waste management and environmental industries. Our members range from government officials, consultants, contractors and academia both locally and internationally.
Kenny is the Co-Founder of EnviPro Technology Company Limited (EnviPro), contributing to consultancy projects related to air, acoustic, odour and health impact assessment in Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.
In 2021, Kenny appointed by the Government as member of the Advisory Committee on Countryside Conservation (ACCC). Kenny obtained The outstanding alumni Award from the PolyU CEE in 2023.

Florence Lam is now Deputy Head of Customer Fulfilment IKEA North Asia, her main focus will be leading the customer fulfillment department’s development and innovation agenda and its implementation.
Florence brings to IKEA with her more than 14 years of experience within IKEA retail operations, in stores and Service Office. She joined IKEA North Asia 2021 as Range Manager within Sales. Before re-joining IKEA North Asia, Florence has worked as Sales Manager and Business Navigation and Operations Manager within IKEA China and has been a Business Leader in HK before. Florence will not only contribute with her operational store and sales experience but will also inspire many of us as a true example of an IKEA leader.
My Sustainability Goals for 2023:
Ms. Florence LAM wants to develop with IKEA North Asia to lead the market to achieve IKEA’s goal of 60% of transport for product transportation to be used by electric vehicles (EV) or other zero-emission solutions before 2030.

Bianca is currently the Vice President, Human Resources for FedEx Express covering the Asia Middle East & Africa (AMEA) region, and is a member of the executive committee to implement FedEx’s business strategies in the region. She leads a team of over 300 human resources professionals and oversees strategic HR planning for FedEx Express in AMEA, HR business partnering, employee engagement, talent acquisition and management, performance & total rewards, diversity, equity & inclusion, health safety & environment, leadership and workforce competence development, HR technology & innovation, as well as organization effectiveness.
Prior to rejoining FedEx in 2022, Bianca was the Global Head of Reward at Hilti Group, based in Schaan, Liechtenstein and joined the company as Regional Head of HR for North Asia. Before Hilti, Bianca was the Group HR and Corporate Communications Director at Jebsen, and prior to it as MD, HR Services for FedEx North Asia, stationed in Japan.

Elin Wong has been the Head of Corporate Affairs of Modern Terminals Limited since July 2016. As the function head, she drives the corporate affairs and communications strategies and programme of Modern Terminals Limited in both Hong Kong and Mainland China, and oversees corporate branding, stakeholder engagement, corporate social responsibility (CSR), crisis and issue management, and media relations of the Company. She is also a member of the Sustainability Steering Committee, the Environmental Committee, and Chairperson of the corporate volunteering team Modern Volunteer Force of the Company helping to drive its sustainability efforts.
